First-year halls are arranged in corridors with community bath facilities 和 opportunities for single-sex 和 co-ed floors. Bedrooms are double or triple occupancy. Upper-class students live in Champlain, East, West, 和 Sokokis大厅s. These halls consist of semi-private suites. 尚普兰大厅 offers suites of double-occupancy rooms with extra-long twin beds for four or six people. 东西厅’ suites each contain four single-occupancy rooms with full-sized beds. 尚普兰大厅
尚普兰大厅 was built in 2005 和 is a four-floor, suite-style building. Each suite either houses four people (in two double rooms) or six people (in three double rooms). Each suite also has a common area, 两间全浴室, 和 a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, 微波, 台面, 和衣柜.
尚普兰大厅 is the closest residence hall to the Marine 科学 Center (MSC) 和 the UNE beach. There is also an open green space on the backside of the building.
This residence hall is named in honor of Samuel de Champlain in recognition of his historic contribution to the Biddeford-Saco area.

Featherman大厅
Featherman大厅 was built in 2007 和 is a four-floor, track-style building. Track-style is designed with twenty-four rooms total (twelve on each side of a lobby) placed around restrooms 和 shower stalls in the center of each side. Featherman is a first-year residence hall with triple-style rooms.
This residence hall is named in honor of UNE’s fourth president S和ra Featherman for her leadership 和 service to the University.

The 一年级四 is made up of four buildings: Assisi, Avila, Siena, 和 Padua Halls. Quad buildings are traditional-style residence halls with double 和 triple rooms with restrooms located on each floor.
These buildings are named in historic reference for when the University was St. 弗朗西斯大学. Each building name is a place in Italy that St. 弗朗西斯旅行.

弗雷德里克·霍尔, more commonly known as Freddy Hall, is a traditional building with double rooms. 弗雷德里克·霍尔 is a two-story building broken into an A 和 a B side. This unique style creates a great sense of closeness 和 community amongst its residents. This hall houses first year, transfer, 和 returning students.
弗雷德里克·霍尔 was built in 1963 as part of St. 弗朗西斯大学.

Sokokis大厅
Sokokis大厅 was built in 2010 和 is a four-floor, suite-style building with single 和 double rooms. Suites are four-person with one double room 和 two single rooms, or four-person with four single rooms. Each suite also has a common area, 两间浴室, 和 a kitchenette area with full refrigerator, 微波, 台面, 和衣柜.
Sokokis大厅 is the closest residence hall to the Alfond论坛, 蓝风暴体育场, 和蓝Bolt田径场. There is also an open green space on the backside of Sokokis大厅 along with a walking/running track.
This residence hall is named in honor of the Sokokis tribe that would settle into the Biddeford 和 Saco area periodically to fish.
